The room here was great with a cozy bed, a nice sitting area, handy tea making amenities, and a kettle, together with attentive and helpful staff providing excellent service.

The room was tasteful and huge with functional bathroom and exceptionally good views. The staff members were nice and understanding and suggested local places. The service was exceptional, appreciated it.

Convenient location close enough to Railway Station center of City, shopping or train station and Cardiff's countless shops and Cardiff's interesting pubs. Plus, walking distance to a National concert hall.

Everything was amazing, stunning location next to bars & restaurants, and shops and venues, very relaxing experience. Had stylish, compact room that was cleaned daily with replenishments of supplies. City view was a nice bonus. The place was great value for money.

The rooms are luxurious and modern, with a comfortable seating area, tea-making facilities, and a kettle.

The hotel was set in a very central area close enough to good access for shops bars, attraction such as the Mototpoint Arena and Shopping centre and trains and shopping. Sometimes it was hot outside, so we went to Five Guys, had some food there.

The breakfast here was delicious and satisfying, with poached eggs and bacon ready to be microwaved, a perfect way to kick off our day.

By and large, it was well presented place with very efficient staff especially management. For our weekend the location was quiet, really close to the centre of town near the station, all the shops, pubs, restaurants et cetera and all the shopping and train station.

Didn't like the area, it was awful.

We ate at a great restaurant for evening meals. It was equipped with a bath. The staff were understanding people at reception desk, and location was unbeatable and brilliant. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Gin & Juice.

the hotel was beautiful designed with very attentive personnel at reception desk. the location was perfect and fantastic, close to a fantastic city centre as well as everything, railway station, shopping, sightseening. furthermore, close to railway station.
